  • Regulatory Request System (RRS) Public Notices

    Search all active permit applications for Section 404 (wetlands), Section 10 (navigable waters), and Section 408 (alterations to USACE projects) in the official Regulatory and Response System (RRS). View permit details, submit comments during public comment periods, and track application status. RRS is the authoritative source for all USACE regulatory permits.

  • Tittabawassee River Midland, MI FRM Study Review Plan

    The Detroit District has posted the approved Review Plan for the Tittabawassee River Midland Michigan Flood Risk Management Study (P2: 510604). Under Section 8201 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022, USACE is studying flood risk management measures for Midland County, Michigan. This Review Plan outlines the quality assurance process for the feasibility study, including District Quality Control (DQC) and Agency Technical Review (ATR). The study is being conducted in partnership with Midland County, City of Midland, and Midland Business Alliance.

  • Grand River Upper Reach Revitalization: Sea Lamprey Control and Habitat Improvement Project Scoping Materials

    Scoping materials for the Grand River Upper Reach Revitalization Project. The project proposes to remove the 6th Street Dam in Grand Rapids and construct a purpose-built barrier to block sea lamprey, addressing public safety, restoring rapids, and enhancing habitat.

  • Detroit District Seeks Public Comment on Draft Memorandum of Agreement for Soo Locks Easement Renewal

    Expiration date: 6/4/2026

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is requesting public comment on a Draft Memorandum of Agreement regarding the renewal of a combined sewer-stormwater overflow easement with the City of Sault Ste. Marie. The easement renewal has been determined to have an adverse effect on a National Register-eligible burial site at Brady Park within the St. Marys Falls Canal (Soo Locks) National Historic Landmark. Comments must be submitted within 30 days to LRE-NHPA-Comments@usace.army.mil.

Consolidation of Studies
