The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, Regulatory Division is hosting a free regulatory workshop on July 29, 2026. Join us for a full day to discover how the USACE Regulatory Program is leveraging innovation and streamlining processes to support mission success.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This workshop brings together Regulatory experts, as well as federal, state and local partners and industry consultants, to share insights, network and learn about the latest USACE Regulatory policies, updates and best practices.

TOPICS COVERED

The workshop will cover:

  • A+ Applications and best practices
  • Jurisdictional determinations and delineation procedures
  • Mitigation strategies and compensatory mitigation
  • Permit types including General Permit Updates (PASPGP-7 and Nationwide Permits)
  • Regulatory Request System (RRS) demonstration
  • Endangered Species Act and National Historic Preservation Act compliance
  • Regulatory 101 fundamentals
