    Availability of the Regional Streamflow Duration Assessment Methods (Regional SDAMs) for the Arid West, Western Mountains and Great Plains. The methods are rapid assessment tools for distinguishing between ephemeral, intermittent, and perennial streamflow at the reach scale for the Arid West, Western Mountains and Great Plains regions.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District (USACE) presents a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and unsigned Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) to assess the impacts of the proposed Sunset Marina and Resort Expansion Project in Pickett County, Tennessee. The purpose of the project is to develop a commercial marina facility and related services to meet public recreational demand while allowing the project applicant to make a fair profit. USACE seeks public comments through Nov. 24, 2024.

    Final Environmental Assessment Repair and Improvement of the Duluth Vessel Yard Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District (Corps) has conducted an environmental analysis in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended. The Environmental Assessment (EA), 404(b)(1) evaluation, and a Public Notice (dated 22 June 2020) addresses the environmental consequences of the repair and improvement of the Corps’ Duluth Vessel Yard in Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. The proposed work will be conducted under the Corps authority for the Federal Navigation Project.

Consolidation of Studies

The Water Resources Development Act establishes a single-phase cost-shared study process that for each feasibility study undertaken, the district engineer will develop a detailed study schedule and notify the non-federal interests.
