The Scoping Letter is for our upcoming undertakings at our Indiana Lake projects for the 2024 calendar year. The Scoping Letter is being provided to allow the public an opportunity to review and comment on the upcoming undertakings for the 2024 Calendar Year. This Scoping Letter is being provided for public review and comment as one of the requirements under the Programmatic Agreement (PA) Among the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District; the Indiana State Historic Preservation Officer; the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation; the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma; the Shawnee Tribe; the Osage Nation; The Delaware Nation; the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, and Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians Regarding Routine Operations and Maintenance Undertakings that have the Potential to Affect Historic Properties at Flood Control Projects executed on 07 December 2022. This Scoping Letter is being provided to the public as outlined in Stipulation X. of the PA. The public shall have 45 calendar days to review and offer comments regarding the proposed undertakings.
