LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is planning to submit a Notice of Intent on Nov. 28, 2022, to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of a Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities. These activities are related to the construction of the Logistics Readiness Complex at Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base along S. Atterbury Way, located about 12 miles north of Kokomo in Cass and Miami counties in Indiana. Run-off from the project site would discharge to a government ditch and ultimately into Little Deer Creek.
