(February 6, 2023) – Judy Daulton, a park ranger at Lake Cumberland, Wolf Creek Resources in the Operations Division is named U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District Employee of the Month for November 2022. She is recognized primarily for her quick thinking and conflict resolution skills leading to the de-escalation of an argument between a contractor and visitor of Kendall Recreation Area.

    MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (Feb. 2, 2023) – Officials dedicated two additional miles of paved pedestrian trails along the North Murfreesboro Greenway Jan. 31, bringing the total to five miles of greenway space constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District for public recreation in the community.

    Imagine a retaining wall made of columns built into the bedrock of the Ohio River. The wall is only 50 feet long, but it pierces 25 to 40 feet into the ground -- completely underwater.
