On Tuesday, Aug. 30, participants of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District’s Leadership Development Program celebrated their graduation alongside Great Lakes and Ohio River Division leadership, including Commander Brig. Gen. Kimberly Peeples.
The LDP consists of a year of monthly meetings, where participants learn about themselves as well as communicating with others to prepare for their roles as leaders within the organization. Classes are held both virtually and in-person, and include activities such as presentations, self-assessments, and mentorship. The program also teaches participants all aspects of the LRD’s districts, organization, and operations through collaboration across the division.
