Katrina Lackey Named Employee of the Month for November 2021

Katrina Lackey, Administrative Officer with the Business Management Division, was selected as the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division's Employee of the Month. Lackey was nominated by her supervisor, Phil Johnson, Chief of the Business Management Division. 

Lackey provides outstanding administrative support to the division staff, including a period of time where her team was impacted with several transitions. She excels at her daily tasks that are essential to the day-to-day operations of the division headquarters. Lackey ensures support to division staff personnel without missing a beat, processing travel requests, personnel actions, awards, as well as assisting with hiring actions. She works hard to make sure there are never disruptions ordering and receiving supplies and equipment, and onboards employees on temporary assignments. Lackey is a team leader, providing professionalism and consistent support to our workforce.

Kimberly Peeples upon announcement of her award, "she is yet another example of how LRD continues building strong together!"
