Major General Robert F. Whittle, Jr., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Commander, visited our Cleveland field office last week and toured the floating plant tug "CHERAW". He also awarded long-time deckhand Anthony Gilmore with a Commander's Coin for outstanding service!
