On Oct. 20, 2020, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Commander, Maj. Gen. Robert F. Whittle and division engineers and technical experts hosted the 55th Chief of Engineers and USACE Commanding General Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon and Command Sergeant Major Patrickson Toussaint visit to discuss Division operations throughout the region.
