Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in exempted or excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

    This Review Plan is a supplement to the Project Management Plan (PMP), dated July 2014, for the CAP Section 205 Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Flood Risk Management project and fulfills the requirement of Engineer Circular (EC) 1165-2-214, “Civil Works Review.” This Review Plan defines the scope and level of peer review for the feasibility report (integrated Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Environmental Assessment (EA)) developed under Section 205, Flood Control Act of 1948, as amended. This project is a single purpose, Flood Risk Management (FRM) project.
