COUNTY-STATE: Bullitt County, Kentucky. | APPLICANT: Davey Bourbon Building VII, LLC | PROJECT PURPOSE: To construct a warehouse building that will help meet the growing need for industrial warehouse complexes along the I-65 corridor.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The proposed project includes the construction of an industrial warehouse building totaling approximately 850,000 square feet, along with associated access roads, parking for truck trailers, stormwater management, utilities and other required infrastructure. The proposed project would require impacts to 2,573 linear feet of unnamed tributaries and 0.992 acre of wetland.
