The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) conducted a series of stakeholder meetings between 2018 and 2020 focused on the operation, maintenance, and development of the Great Lakes Navigation System (GLNS). These included annual stakeholder forums, regional dredging discussions, and recurring engagements with the maritime and port community.
