Public Notice for Patoka Lake, IN, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System, Construction Stormwater General Permit, Notice of Intent

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will be filing a Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) authorized by the State of Indiana to satisfy National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPES) requirements of Indiana. The CSGP NOI will cover upcoming work at Patoka Lake in Dubois, Indiana, including the installation of articulated block turf matting on the dam groins to help prevent erosion.
