Draft Environmental Assessment, Section 594 City of Coshocton Warsaw Waterline Extension Project, Coshocton County, Ohio

Huntington District
Published Sept. 13, 2024

The City of Coshocton, Ohio (City) is proposing to design and construct a waterline extension project to serve the Village of Warsaw (Village), Ohio as well as the River View School. The Village currently owns and operates their water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system. However, their existing infrastructure is aging and deteriorating, and the Village has received Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) violations for their water system. The proposed infrastructure would address the unsanitary and unsafe conditions associated with the Village’s existing water distribution system.
