The Buffalo District team, with the cooperation of a Vermilion resident, toured the East and West pier of Vermilion Harbor gaining a different perspective of the repairs being done on the West pier and a view of the upcoming area where repairs will be done on the East pier, Vermilion, Ohio, Dec. 11, 2024.
