A group of regional emergency response partners join a multi-agency tabletop exercise planned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District to fight against a flooding scenario in Pittsburgh, March 4, 2025. Emergency specialists from across western Pennsylvania participated in a flood response exercise led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District. The scenario simulated back-to-back hurricanes, causing historic-level flooding. For the first time, the exercise included multiagency partners to improve communication and coordination.
