From wear-and-tear to substantial repair: Pittsburgh District extends life of Hannibal Locks and Dam

The $16.6 million project involves removing and rebuilding four miter gates, replacing eight anchorages, and conducting full inspections and repairs for one of the busiest navigation facilities on the Ohio River.
