Vince Klinker, a natural resources specialist at Youghiogheny River Lake, received the Friends award from Donna Graham.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District celebrated and acknowledged community partners who worked with the district to expand the Somerfield North Boat Ramp in Addison, PA. The wider ramp provides safer water access by providing additional space during heavy recreational-season traffic, in addition to accommodating vehicle access at low water for those with impaired mobility.
