LRD Change of Command

Col. Kimberly A. Peeples took command of LRD during a ceremony today in Cincinnati. Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon, 55th Chief of Engineers and USACE Commander, presided over the ceremony over looking the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge.
