Admission:
- Admission to the Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center is free, making it an affordable and engaging destination for families, students, and history enthusiasts.
- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
- Weapons, drugs, alcohol, food and drinks are not allowed.
America the Beautiful Passes:
- Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center issues the National Park passes at our information desk. Please be aware that we only accept checks or money order for payment.

Hours:
The Visitor Center is currently open Thursdays-Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed on Wednesdays.
Parking:
- Convenient public parking is available in the downtown Canal Park area, seasonal fees are applied to all public parking via kiosks.
- The closest public parking lot is only 100 feet from the Visitor Center and next to the park.
