Beech Fork Dam Water Control Plan Update Draft EA and FONSI for public review. The proposed action would consist of the USACE, Huntington District updating Beech Fork's Water Control Plan to increase the rate of change at the dam’s outflow from 0.5ft/hr to 1ft/hr which would allow for one (1) foot change in stage per hour at the outflow as a result of the dam’s operations.
