An in-person NEPA public meeting will be held on Thursday March 5, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Kennicott Park Fieldhouse (4434 S Lake Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60653).
This is a public meeting reschedule announcement for the Morgan Shoal NEPA planning project. The original October 9, 2025, meeting was postponed due to government funding lapse and has been rescheduled to March 5, 2026. The public comment period for the draft NEPA document (released September 10, 2025) will close March 27, 2026.
