The purpose of this scoping information is to disseminate information regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) proposed Pultneyville Harbor Repair project, and to elicit any concerns of potential affected parties. This information has been prepared as part of the formal scoping process pursuant to NEPA and Department of Defense National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedure (2025).
