  • Regulatory Request System (RRS) Public Notices

    Search all active permit applications for Section 404 (wetlands), Section 10 (navigable waters), and Section 408 (alterations to USACE projects) in the official Regulatory and Response System (RRS). View permit details, submit comments during public comment periods, and track application status. RRS is the authoritative source for all USACE regulatory permits.

  • Draft Finding of No Significant Impact: Rocky River East Pier Repair Project, Cuyahoga County, Ohio

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District, has prepared a Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Environmental Assessment (EA) for the repair of the Rocky River East Pier in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The project would repair the deteriorating 900-foot pier at the mouth of Rocky River Harbor on Lake Erie to ensure continued safe navigation for commercial and recreational users. Public comments are invited through May 23, 2026.

  • Draft Environmental Assessment: Section 594 New Marshfield Sewer Project, Athens County, Ohio

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, announces the availability of a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Section 594 New Marshfield Sewer Project in Athens County, Ohio. The proposed project involves construction of a new sanitary sewer force main and associated lift station upgrades to provide reliable wastewater infrastructure for residents. This project is Phase 2 of the Athens County Unsewered Areas Program, conducted in partnership with Athens County Commissioners under Section 594 of the Water Resources and Development Act (WRDA) of 1999. Public comments are being accepted during the review period.

  • NEPA Scoping Meeting for Grand River Upper Reach Revitalization Project - Grand Rapids, Michigan

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Grand River Upper Reach Revitalization Project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The project involves removing the 6th Street Dam and installing a new structure to control invasive sea lamprey while maintaining native fish passage and restoring aquatic habitat. A public scoping meeting will be held April 22, 2026, from 4-7 PM at Grand Rapids Public Schools University, 1400 Fuller Ave. NE. Public comments on alternatives and impacts are requested by May 22, 2026.
