The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) hosted the Lake Carriers’ Association Captains’ Meeting on January 30, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio. This in-person event brought together key maritime stakeholders to discuss operations, infrastructure, and future initiatives within the Great Lakes Navigation System (GLNS).

  • Navigation Survey Data and eHydro with Online Platform – Derek Cusimano
  • Soo Locks Operations and Maintenance Update – Nick Zager
  • Detroit District Update – Cindy Jarema
  • Buffalo District Update – Adam Hamm
  • Chicago District Update – Kristine Meyer

These sessions provided valuable insights into ongoing harbor operations, data tools, and regional coordination across USACE districts.
