PA12-53 Corps Welcomes New Deputy

The Huntington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers welcomed Lt. Col. William (Bill) M. Reding as he assumes his duties as Deputy Commander. He acts as Chief of Staff and ensures sound management of the District's $225 million operating budget, and directs all aspects of support for the district.
