Wallace Bandeff, District Engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, and Sue Coffey, Chief Executive Officer of the Great Lakes Water Authority, sign a Feasibility Cost Sharing Agreement for the Southeast Michigan Flood Risk Management Study on Oct. 1, 2024. The agreement was signed with state and local elected officials and other stakeholders following a three-day planning charette.
