While at the TWRA Operation Dry Water press conference at J. Percy Priest Lake in Nashville, Tennessee, Bobber the Water Safety Dog, TWRA, and the U.S. Coast Guard encouraged everyone to practice safe boating this 4th of July weekend. Bobber wants everyone to avoid consuming alcohol or drugs while boating on lakes and waterways.
