Congressman Rep. Dave Joyce toured Harpersfield Dam project recently with Buffalo District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where the DIstrict built a sea lamprey barrier stopping this HORRIFIC and INVASIVE creature from spreading on the Great Lakes!
