The Great Lakes and Ohio River Division’s Support for Others Program, also known as the Interagency and International Services Program, provides technical assistance to non-Department of Defense federal agencies, state and local governments, Indian Nations, private U.S. firms, international organizations, and foreign governments on a fully reimbursable basis.

The Corps uses engineering, environmental and construction management, real estate services and other related skills to assist clients in executing their missions. Services, support and assistance provided by the program include the full spectrum of the Corps’ engineering capabilities and expertise.

In 2003, the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division provided assistance to various Agencies including:
