Final concrete shell placement sets project back on critical path
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District and contractor Johnson Brothers place the final concrete shell on the riverbed of the Tennessee River Feb. 2, 2020 below Kentucky Lock in Grand Rivers, Ky.
